You don't have to leave your mind with your umbrella at the Church door!

We consider the vital building blocks of faith to be:-

Reading the Bible intelligently, not literally; to understand the role of metaphor and the place of historical criticism.

Assimilating the work done in recent years on the historical Jesus.

Understanding God as Mystery, the More, the Sacred, and being attentive to this More, through prayer and silence.

Mission imperatives of the Gospel are a concern for justice, peace, and an opposition to structures which diminish people in all kind of ways.

Being a place of real compassion and love.

Our weekly worship is at 11.30am from 1st Sunday in October through to last Sunday in April - and 11.00 am from 1st Sunday in May till last Sunday in September - with everyone welcome!

The Sunday School meets before the service every Sunday morning, mid-August to end April, and we are delighted to welcome any new children who may wish to join the activities.

Over the winter months the Invercairn Friendship Circle meets in the Church on the third Wednesday of the month. It is open to all, and a wide
and varied programme is organised.

Our young folks have the opportunity to join the 'Ten+ Club' in the South Kirk which meets fortnightly during school term times.
